* If the clear coat is peeling, we are unable to repair this as it will need repainting.

Can we remove solid scratches and paint scuffs?
Sometimes. If the scratch has gone through to the paint - or removed the paint - then we can only touch up that area with automotive paint, but it won't be a perfect fix. If however the scratch or scuff hasn't gone too deep, we can polish it out or at least minimise it so that it is hardly noticeable.
Here is the test you can do at home to know whether we can help you...
If the paint is intact, and you can catch your fingernail – even slightly – in the groove of the scratch, then it’s most likely too deep to be removed (you'd need a panel shop to sand back the panel and respray it for a 100% fix). Scratches cut into the clear coat - and there is only so much clear coat over the paint, so one needs to be careful about how much of it is removed by cut and polish.

Is winter a good time to polish and wax a car?
Absolutely YES. Many people think that summer is the ideal time to have their car exterior detailed as this is when we most want our car to look great on the roads, however, people tend to neglect their vehicle's paint over winter, which is quite possibly when you need paint protection the most! Heavy rain, hail, strong winds that blow tree leaves and sticks onto the exterior, road grime and mud that cakes on to paint; all attack the integrity of your vehicle's paintwork and can lead to oxidisation and degradation. Our commercial-grade wax provides up to 3 months protection by creating a barrier from the harsh elements, and can be reapplied every 3 months at minimal cost.
And yes... we can remove sunscreen from your vehicle's paint!
In 99% of cases we can remove sunscreen from car paint using our specialised machines. Sunscreen hand prints from children are common over the summer months, and can devalue cars up to $3000 or more when it comes time to sell. Sunscreen is notoriously difficult to remove from car panels and poses a big problem within the automobile industry, however the good news is we can remove it and restore your vehicle's good looks. Either our 2 stage or 3 stage service will take care of sunscreen marks on your car.
Why use our car detailing service over others?
There are many outfits offering cheap cut and polish / detailing services, however in life – you get what you pay for! Lower quality machines and systems combined with inexperience can only provide lower quality results. Worse than that, they can damage the paint by burning through the clear coat which can be very costly to repair. Our service is not something that can be achieved by heading to your local Repco store, or found in many companies that are offering a 'similar' service for cheap. Is our cut and polish service the cheapest?
No. Our focus is not on providing the cheapest car detailing service - our focus is on providing the best results, that equates to true value for money. Often our customers have come to us after they've had their vehicle polished by another company, and are disappointed with the substandard result. If you want a quick cover-up job done on your car's paint - we're not the right fit for you. However, if you want the job done right, first time - then we look forward to hearing from you.
How does the car detailing process work?
We drive to you at home, or your workplace (wherever is convenient), and can complete the job in your garage, or (in most weather) driveway using our marquees as shelter. Depending on the required outcome, and condition of the vehicle, we utilise a 2 to 4 step process that begins by removing scratches and imperfections, and ends with a high-shine wax that will protect your car and leave you amazed.
Is the process safe for your car?
Yes. As per above.. the tools and products we use are the best in the business. We don't source our products from retail stores like Repco, which is why we can offer a higher standard of work. We leave no holograms / swirl marks and take care to preserve and protect your vehicles clear coat.
Do I need to be home to have the work done?
Not at all. We can arrange for your vehicle to be parked outside on your driveway or in a car port / garage where we can carry out the requested work while you are out. We'll then email an invoice to you - so there's no need to make it back to see us before we leave! How easy is that?

A fantastic entry level cut & polish service that offers great value for money. Our technicians will identify any isolated areas/scratches that require extra attention prior to starting to ensure a significant difference will be made to your paint. Our unique long-lasting wax (up to 4 months) with UV protection completes the job by locking in the results.
Ideal for; surfaces that have minor scratching/swirls, or that are due for a fresh layer of wax. This service is incredibly popular with our clients that as a presale service that are wanting the car to standout on the market above the rest without spending too much on car they are about to sell. Choose this if your paint is already in reasonable condition, for darker colours (black, blue, gun metal etc) this is a good option but we encourage giving consideration to our Premium package (dark colours show imperfections more than lighter colours).

Our unique long-lasting wax (up to 4 months) with UV protection ensures the results are locked in. Clay Bar Treatment (contaminant removal): Removes airborne contaminants such as paint over spray, metal filings (from construction sites & work shops), brake dust, acid rain and other pollutants that have attached and embedded themselves to your paint's surface. These contaminants can penetrate the clear coat, and if left unchecked can oxidise and rust into and through the clear coat - causing a much bigger problem. If you can see small orange spots already, the corrosion has begun and will only get much worse. Typical prices vary between $150 - $199 +gst.
* Wash your car, then lightly glide your fingertips over the paint. If it feels gritty and / or rough - then you should have this treatment done.

NOTE: To keep our prices down we require all car exteriors to be clean prior to commencing work with our power tools. However, should you prefer we wash your car first, we can do this for an additional $50 +gst. Please let us know at time of booking.
